2. Payment: Payment for services (itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities) must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Bank Transfer Payment method is accepted.
3. Currency: Prices are quoted in INR or MYR. Any currency conversion fees or differences are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees depending on the timing of cancellation and the policies of our partners (hotels, transport providers, etc.). Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.
2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees or charges.

Travel Documents and Insurance

1. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents for their trip. TraveloPedia can assist with information but does not provide these documents.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: TraveloPedia acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from acts of negligence or omissions of these providers.
2. Indemnity: By using our services, you agree to indemnify TraveloPedia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modification of Terms

TraveloPedia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
